Support and Where to Get Help
Where to go depends on what you need. This page points you to the right channel for users, developers, and node operators.
By audience
Using the app (trading, pools, wallet):
- Start with the relevant Learn page (for example Get Started).
- For account or transaction help, use the Osmosis Support site.
Building (integrations, contracts, frontends):
- The Integrate and Build sections cover the technical surfaces.
- For developer questions, join the Osmosis Technical Community on Telegram.
- Bugs and feature requests: open an issue on the relevant osmosis-labs repository.
Running a node or validator:
- The Validate section covers setup and operations.
- For operator coordination (upgrades, incidents): join the Osmosis Discord and request the validator role, which grants access to the
#validators,#validator-announcements, and#emergency-onlychannels.
Status and incidents
Check the Osmosis status page for current network and service health. Validator-facing incident coordination happens in the role-gated #emergency-only Discord channel (see above).
Security
For security issues, use responsible disclosure rather than a public channel: email [email protected].
